I already work for St Elizabeth's

The people we care for and support are at the heart of everything we do.

That’s why we are looking for enthusiastic, passionate and caring people to work holistically across St Elizabeth’s to give our residents and learners the opportunity to live life to the fullest. In whatever capacity you join us, our key aim is to support, empower and develop you, ensuring your everyday experience is both rewarding and fulfilling, enabling you to provide exceptional support to the people who use our services.

Did you know we’re a multi-talented team? We employ over 500 people in a broad range of roles; from care, education, administration and human resources, to finance, nursing and therapy, teaching, domestics and more.

Please don’t hesitate to contact us for an informal chat, or for a tour of the organisation to see for yourself the wonderful work we do!

The St Elizabeth’s family come from all walks of life but there are five things we all have in common - our values and behaviours.

Our values are principles that drive our behaviours and influence our actions and attitudes. We aim to recruit likeminded individuals who live and embed these qualities to ensure the best possible outcomes for our young people and the charity.

Testimonials

St Elizabeth’s provides the opportunity to complete the level 3 qualification in residential childcare, which I completed during the first lockdown, whilst working full time hours and juggling online university. The experience and qualifications I have gained has enabled me to secure a competitive 30 person masters programme in childhood psychological disorders.

I couldn’t be more grateful to the opportunities at St Elizabeth’s and the children who teach me new things each day I work.

Residential Childcare Assistant

St Elizabeth's is a great place to do good and feel good.

The centre provides full and excellent training. I had the opportunity to study and achieve a Level 3 in Residential Childcare tutored on site by an excellent professional team.

What I love most about working here is seeing happiness and pride of achievement in the eyes of our service users and the caring and loving atmosphere which is felt across the whole centre.
